Refund & Cancellation Policy

Weโ€™re committed to transparency and clarity in every partnership. Below is our official refund and cancellation policy. By proceeding with payment, you agree to these terms.



๐Ÿ”น 1. Non-Refundable Portion

Once you confirm your service and submit payment, 25% of the total contract price
becomes non-refundable.
This covers initial setup costs, including strategy development, research, onboarding, and
internal preparation.
            ๐Ÿ’ก This means if your total service fee is $4,000, then $1,000 is non-refundable once you pay.



๐Ÿ”น 2. Refund Window Before Service Begins

You may request a partial refund of your payment (minus the non-refundable 25%) within 72 hours of payment if the services have not yet begun.

After this window or once onboarding starts, no refunds will be granted.

We understand that situations change. Here's when a refund may apply:

Client-initiated cancellation (any time) โŒ No Cancellation does not qualify for a refund once onboarding begins
Budget Surplus at the end of term โŒ No Can be used as credit only if renewed before contract expiration



๐Ÿ”น 3. Service Delivery Time

All services begin only after:

  • Payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed),

  • Agreement is signed, and

  • You have joined the Slack and submitted all onboarding materials

Delays caused by client inaction (e.g. late submissions, unresponsiveness) do not qualify for a refund.




๐Ÿ”น 4. Surplus Budget Policy

If you prepay for media buying or influencer campaigns and the full amount isn't used in a month, the unused balance (called Surplus) will roll over to the next active month.

      Important: If you do not renew your agreement or let it expire, the remaining Surplus will not be refunded, but it can be used as credit on the future services if renewal occurs before contract expiration.




๐Ÿ”น 5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your service:

  • You must send a written notice via Slack or email at least 30 days in advance.

  • Your service will continue during the 30-day notice period.

  • After the notice period, your contract will be formally closed.

  • Cancelling a service does not entitle you to a refund for remaining time or unused service value.

Any work delivered or in progress during this period is still covered by the original agreement and subject to payment.




๐Ÿ”น 6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage resolving concerns directly with our team.

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence including your agreement, signed terms, Slack messages, and proof of service provided;

  • Pursue collection of unpaid fees;

  • Suspend future service eligibility
